Sprimoglass magazine.

Sprimoglass is a large glass manufacturing company in Sprimont, near Liège. As things (and people) are always on the move for a company like this, it may be hard for your different employees to know what the others are doing. How do the truck drivers keep up to date with what’s going on at the reception desk, and how do the labourers in the different production lines ever get to talk to each other, or to their colleagues with a desk job? How do you make all these different profiles feel as if they’re part of the same team, and the same company?

For this reason, Sprimoglass publishes an internal magazine every three months – employees only! Next to fun little games and HR announcements (who are the new starters? Who recently became a mom or a dad?), the employees also can read through interviews with their co-workers. There is also room for articles about projects, clients, and the like. We make sure the texts of the magazine are reviewed, after which we get cracking with the layout before making sure the magazine is printed and sent out for distribution.

Thanks to the Sprimoglass Magazine, the employees of Sprimoglass feel more connected. They’re up to date about small and little things going on in the firm, and they stay informed about their projects, suppliers and clients. This magazine is one for the books!
