P-Bay now has a clearly stated identity, backed with an asset of values, brand characteristics and more metrics that differentiate them from competitors. From there on, we took the visual identity of the brand under control, and created a new, solid graphic that aligns seamlessly with the actual identity.
The next steps in this process is to get more touchpoints with the tribe using tribe-empowering content and social media planning.
